Registration for new families:
*If you would like to enroll your child/children, please bring their Baptismal Certificate with you for registration.
*If your child/children attended Religious Education in another parish, please bring a letter from that parish which states your child/children have attended their program and have completed the year or half year depending on what applies to your family.
Our program is so designed that if your child/children have not attended any Religious Education classes we offer a transitional class that will enable your child/children to “catch-up” and then move into their grade level the next year.

Dear Parents,
During the Spring, Father March addressed everyone present at the closing Mass for the 2025–2026 school year. For those who were unable to attend, he shared that Bishop Williams has asked our parish to pilot ALPHA,a Family Faith Formation Program,beginning this Fall. This is a wonderful honor for our parish.
Alpha is REQUIRED for ALL families who participated in SEEK during the 2025–2026 school year and for those who are beginning Family Faith Formation with us this year. Alpha is the ONLY format offered for Family Faith Formation during the first semester.
Families previously involved in ROOT are warmly invited to join us as well.
Families with children in Sacramental preparation years(2nd Grade for First Penance and First Holy Communion, 8th Grade for Confirmation) who have completed ROOT, and arenot participating in Alpha MUST register their child if they intend for them to receive the Sacrament(s) this year. Separate information about Sacramental preparation requirements will be sent at a later time (e.g.Mass attendance, Penance Service/confession attendance, Pathways boxes, Retreat attendance, and some wonderful supplemental materials).
Families not in a sacramental year and who have completed ROOTand who are not participating in Alpha may still register for Family Faith Formation, which builds on your at‑home faith practices using the Pathways at‑home boxes.
All other families are encouraged to continue forming their children in faith through regular Mass attendance, Advent and Lenten Penance Services, family and personal prayer, parish resources such as Formed and Hallow, and staying engaged in the parish community.
About Alpha
As part of Alpha, families will attend the 10:45 A.M. Sunday Mass (a program requirement) and then participate in a 90‑minute session that includes a provided meal and religious instruction. Following Mass, adults will gather in the chapel toenjoy a meal, watch a video and take part in group discussion. Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 will use Alpha for Youth, which follows the same sequence as the adult sessions. Children in grades 1–5 will enjoy a meal, followed by faith‑based instruction using a solid religious curriculum, and then an art or other activity. Please note that ideally both parents will be present but at least one parent must participate each week. Adults will be in the Chapel for all Alpha Sessions. Children and Youth will be in Parish Meeting Rooms.Alpha will take place over 10 weeks, beginning Sunday, October 4, 2026, and continue through Sunday, December 13, 2026.

Note: This Diocesan requirement helps ensure the safety of all children and youth. Parents will meet with Father March while children and youth meet with their teachers.

This will be our Annual Advent Penance Service in which numerous Priests will be available to us for Confession.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read carefully! Alpha sessions are planned for 90 minutes, and we intend to maintain that schedule. However, the actual start and end times may vary depending on the conclusion of the 10:45 Mass, setup time, and how quickly participants can transition to their rooms. Our ability to begin promptly will determine when we finish.
We also encourage you to invite anyone you know who may be seeking God or looking to deepen their relationship with Him.

Those registering for Family Faith Formation are asked to complete the attached electronic form and return it via email as soon as possible, but no later than August 25, 2026.
